Auction is for two (2) tubes, matched pair of rare E188CC 7308 AMPEREX gray shield, gold pins, dual stage big O getter, made in USA, New York tube plant in 1961 (the same etched codes and the same printed date codes).Used, tested with 100V on anodes and -1.5V on grids: (15/16) (17/15) mA (16mA is 100% value for NOS tube).
Low noise, no microphonics, work perfectly in my RIAA preamp.
Good printings, as shown on photos.
They are real gems, very rare and great sounding tubes. Please pay attention that they are long life version (10000 hours) and they test the same like NOS NIB tubes. They will last for a few decades in some decent preamp.
