These are real Philips France ECC83,  NOS NIB, low noise and carefully matched.

They are tested with 250V on plates and -1.5V on grids:

Tube 1: 2.6 / 2.5 mA
Tube 2: 2.5 / 2.8 mA

100% value for NOS tube is 2.15mA
