These are real Telefunken diamond bottom ECC83, pullouts from Siemens Klangfilm amplifier. They are low noise and tested NOS and even stronger than NOS, so they have a lot of life left in them, in some well designed preamp, even decades. The same codes, fair printings.

They are tested with 250V on plates and -1.5V on grids:
